Available for viewing on youtube.com, KMT Waterjet: Take 2 is a continuing series of two minute length performance videos showcasing a variety of materials being cut with a water jet using the KMT Water jet Streamline PRO 60HP and 125HP 90,000psi pumps.
KMT Waterjet: Take 2 videos will include cutting metal, steel, and aluminum, plastic, stone, marble, glass, food and much more. These videos will include the Inches per Minute (IPM) cutting time at 90,000psi, the orifice size, abrasive grit and feed rate by pound per minute as well.

Cutting 12" Cast Steel with KMT Waterjet Systems
The KMT Waterjet Streamline PRO 125hp 90,000psi pump is featured in this video cutting 12" diameter cast steel. Using a .016 orifice, with two pounds per minute abrasive feed rate, at .25 inches per minute, the cast steel was cut in 49 minutes. As the steel rested on a two inch metal plate, the power of the water jet stream actually cut completely through the metal plate as well, ultimately cutting 14" of steel with the KMT Waterjet Streamline PRO 125.
