High Pressure Processing (HPP) pasteurization uses pure cold water, pressurized to 6.200 bar, to kill pathogens and bacteria and extend shelf life in food and beverages. There are no additives, only extreme water pressure, powered by KMT Waterjet.

Avure’s HPP machines offer the greatest reliability, most experienced food scientists, custom engineering design and highest volume of throughput up to 31.800 to yearly.

HPP is used to seal in the freshness including: Seafood, Ready-to-eat (RTE) meals, Guacamole and Salsa, Meats, Juices and Beverages, Salad Dressing, Dips, baby food, pet food, and Fruits and Vegetables. The net result, double and triple shelf life without heat, additives or chemicals to preserve the vitamins, taste and texture of the food.

Avure uses KMT Waterjet UHP pressure pumps to surround the food packages inside a vessel with over 6.200 bar of under water pressure to a plastic bottle. Harmful bacteria like listeria, E.coli, salmonella, are crushed and can-not survive this incredible pressure, which is six times deeper than the deepest ocean!

To achieve the highest throughput, Avure offers the largest diameter and fastest water pressure filling vessels, for rapid pressurization and decompression for the highest performance in the HPP industry. The rapid process will reduce electrical costs over the competition.
