Unlike other cutting technologies, which have numerous limitations in terms of machinable materials, waterjet cutting does not have these limitations. With this technology it is possible to cut almost all materials, from extremely hard ones like titanium, granite, marble and glass to the softest ones such as numerous composites, sponges, paper, rubber and foam. One of the major advantages of this technology is the lack of energy input into the material, ie the absence of heat affected zone (HAZ).
