Since 2003, watercut cutters move the pastry leaving the water jet stationary. The watercut XS moves both arms and tray in 4 different modes to achieve the maximum speed and precision in the smallest 60 x 40 cm tray machine in the market.
The watercut machine can now generate programs on the machine screen and the create real nesting with different figures in the same cake.
