KMT recently introduced the Next Generation of waterjet pumps, a precision-accurate, ultra high-pressure (UHP) 90,000 PSI/6.200 bar pump for steel cutting and other applications.  The significant increase* in cutting speed of the Streamline™ PRO pump will deliver the manufacturer a reduction in operating costs by increasing part production in less time.  *Increase over conventional 60,000 PSI waterjet systems. 

To support the increase in water pressure of the Streamline™ PRO Pump, KMT also offers an Autoline™ PRO Abrasive Cutting Nozzle---the Next Generation of the Autoline™ II abrasive cutting nozzle.

For an easy, one-piece design cutting nozzle, the IDE™ (Integrated Diamond Eductor) PRO 90,000 PSI Cutting Nozzle is equipped for the fastest abrasive cutting ever!

Both waterjet nozzles are designed to withstand the increase in pressure, speed & production & deliver precision parts while minimizing down time.

In addition, KMT has launched the durable PROline of Precision System Components (PSC).  These waterjet fittings, valves and tubing are rated to 100,000 PSI/6.900 bar and will deliver the consistent pressure and precision needed to further minimize down times.
