MÉCANUMÉRIC | MecaJet Water Jet Cutting Systems
The MECAJET series includes: a drive system based on a numerical control from POWER AUTOMATION (CN7100 ISO), new durable pneumatic cutting heads, axis positioning control, 3 or 5 axis head, distance control and much more.
The cutting table consists of a monoblock frame, tension-free and completely welded steel construction with an integrated stainless steel tank (water level adjustable), a two-axis portal (gantry) with bellows for one or two cutting heads and a high-precision rack system on both sides.
The cutting heads are adjustable in height by means of servomotors (motorized Z-axis) and equipped with pneumatic start / stop valves.
All axes (X, Y, Z) are driven by brushless motors. Thanks to the synchronized drive on both sides on the X axis, the exact positioning of the portal is guaranteed by means of numerical incremental encoders.
High pressure lines with swiveling boom for the mobile part. Material storage on removable metal grid holders. In addition, access to the machine is secured with light barriers.
Machine control takes place via a mobile control panel with touchscreen control.

The 3-axis or 5-axis cutting heads are equipped with high-pressure pumps from the world's leading provider KMT Waterjet, from 10KW (maximum flow 1.2l / min at 3800 bar) to 92KW (maximum flow 10l / min at 6200 bar).
